If you are feeling creative, why not join our next craft group on Tuesday 11th April between 1-3pm at the Heren Court Community Hall (A separate room within the Heron Pub on Lawson Road – opposite the Co-op).

This month we are decorating Easter egg lolly pops and cup cakes (we will me make bird nests on top or a bunny’s face). Please bring a cake tin or box to take your cakes home in. There will be a charge of £1 to help cover the cost of the materials. Volunteers are on hand to help you with your creations and we can help provide transport to and from the venue. If you are making your own way there we can also meet you outside and help you to get settled.

PAB received funding from the People’s Health Trust (money raised by the health lottery) to enable us to increase activities for blind and partially sighted people in Peterborough. As this group is funded by PHT money, we can offer subsidised transport to and from the venue. Please contact the office for more information.

Getting there: The Heron Court Community room is located inside The Heron pub in Stanground – where Lawson Road meets Southfields Dr  (opposite the Co-op supermarket). There is separate access to the room so you do not need to go into the pub. When you are facing the front of the building, there is a set of double doors and a short concrete ramp on the left hand side. A further set of double doors takes you into the community room. There is plenty of parking in the pub car park.

Please click here for more information or call the office on 01733 344 844 to arrange transport and reserve your place.
