This Christmas, the Salvation Army is holding another Charity Christmas Tree Festival to raise awareness and funds for local charities. Each charity can decorate a tree to be displayed in the Salvation Army hall, where visitors are welcome to make donations to the tree’s or causes they like best.
PAB volunteers Barbara and Hannah Robinson have done a wonderful job decorating the PAB tree. To raise awareness for blind and partially sighted people, they have decorated pairs of old glasses, knitted tree decorations (which they will be selling at the Christmas Fayre on 3 December) and made ‘gift tags’ containing information about sight loss and PAB. I’m sure you will agree that it looks fantastic! Click here to see more pictures in the gallery pages.

The Festival is open to the public for 5 days and light refreshments will be on sale throughout the week. There is also a Christmas Fayre on Saturday 3rd December, so come along and get some stocking fillers!
