Please note that our coffee morning next week on Wednesday 24th January will be at the usual Venue St Peter and All Souls Church Hall on Fitzwilliam Street.
However for the following three months the Church Hall at St Peter and All Souls will be undertaking extensive refurbishment and so we will move venue to Westgate Church Hall behind the Bus Station. This is called Centre 68 and it also where the PAB office is located.
So the following dates will be at the new venue, Westgate Church Hall, Centre 68, Westgate, PE1 1RG. Next week will remain at St Peter and All Souls Church Hall.
Dates for Coffee Morning at Westgate Church Hall, Centre 68 are:
Weds 14th Feb,
Weds, 28th Feb (also the AGM),
Weds 14th March,
Weds 28th March,
Weds 11th April,
Weds 25th April.
The times will remain the same – 10.30pm to 12.00pm.
This is only temporary as once the work at St Peter and All Souls Church Hall has been carried out we will move back there. They believe this will only take three months.
We hope to catch up with you at St Peter and All Souls Church Hall next week as normal as we have a musical theatre singer joining us to perform some classics from the stage! If you cant make it next week then we hope see you at the new venue Westgate Church in February.
Sylvie our Chairperson will be announcing the change at coffee morning next week and we will update our Facebook and Twitter pages. We will also do a mail out to all members in a hope to avoid any confusion so you may receive this news numerous times!
We apologise for the inconvenience and are extremely grateful to the Church for helping us to keep the venue central and easily accessible for everyone.
If anyone has any queries about the change of location for the coffee morning then please do contact me (Sam) at the office on 01733 344844. It’s a 2 minute walk from the Bus Station, directly behind the Old Westgate Church and Christian Book Shop. As you face the Old Westgate Church there is a driveway along the right hand side that goes through the Christian Bookshop car park straight to Centre 68 which is now the NEW Westgate Church building.
