Newsletters are produced every three months by the PAB and are available free of charge to all our members and volunteers. Where possible these are sent out on email to save costs, but a large print version will be posted for those who do not have regular computer access. We are also able to send out newsletters on CD and USB memory sticks.

Our newsletters are printed in large text format and on yellow paper to make reading them easier for our visually impaired members. They are a great way for us to promote new events which are coming up, provide news on the running of the PAB, fundraising events and to give updates on previously featured articles.

The newsletter is written by our volunteers and staff and is a cost effective way of keeping our members informed and involved in the local community – especially for those who find it difficult to get out and about. You can also download the latest editions of the newsletter in audio and written formats below.

If you would like to receive the PAB newsletter, or you would like to include something in the next newsletter, please contact PAB by telephone on 01733 344 844 and leave your name, number and a short message or by email at  We will get back to you within 3 working days.  Thank you.
