Cam Sight provides information, advice and support to local Cambridge people with sight loss. They offer a wide range of services including:

Two Low Vision Equipment Centres (in Cambridge and Chatteris) holding a wide range of equipment including magnifiers, lighting, big button and talking clocks and watches. Their specialist team can demonstrate items, discuss what could be useful for you and offer advice and training.

Community Support Teams to make home visits to assess needs, discuss and advise on daily living difficulties including equipment, benefit claims, employment, travel and provides links to other local organisations and volunteers.

Emotional Support service such as one-to-one counselling to people in their homes or at Cam Sight, telephone support service, group meetings for eight week periods and peer support.

Specialist (Re)Habilitation Workers offering training to children and adults in daily living skills, mobility and orientation.

Support and Social Groups for Teenagers, Young People and Pre-school children & their families.
